President Trump made an initial announcement on March 16, 2020, that all evictions
and foreclosures would be deferred for sixty (60) days and Tenants everywhere rejoiced! Unfortunately, the White House had to come out and clarify that this deferment/abatement only applied to HUD properties and federally back mortgages.
