Erika Arlene Cruz Peralta serves as a paralegal at Atlanta Family and Immigration Law, LLC. In this role, she supports the firm’s mission by managing and coordinating clients’ immigration cases from intake through resolution. Erika brings five (5) years of experience as an immigration paralegal, demonstrating a strong commitment to professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional client service.



Erika is responsible for preparing immigration forms and application packets, maintaining client communication, and providing timely case status updates. She works closely with clients and Attorney Judith Delus Montgomery to ensure operational excellence, effective legal advocacy, and high-quality service outcomes. Erika is recognized for consistent case ownership, strong organizational skills, reliable follow-through, clear and professional communication, and a steadfast commitment to high professional and ethical standards.

Erika is aligned with the firm’s mission and values and is committed to clear communication, reliability, and providing consistent support throughout every stage of a client’s legal matter.



Outside of her professional responsibilities, Erika enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations. She values family, community, lifelong learning, and personal wellness.
