Business Operations Director

JaDia Wilmont serves as the Business Operations Director and Chief Operating Officer at Atlanta Family and Immigration Law. In this role, she oversees the firm’s daily operations, staff management, and strategic initiatives in support of the firm’s mission and long-term growth. She brings over eight years of experience in operations and business management, with a demonstrated record of organizational leadership and operational efficiency.


JaDia is responsible for firm-wide operational oversight, personnel development, and business process management. As the firm’s second-in-command, she works in close collaboration with executive leadership to implement systems, policies, and initiatives that strengthen performance, accountability, and service delivery. She is recognized for her analytical approach, client-focused mindset, and commitment to maintaining high professional standards.

JaDia is deeply aligned with the firm’s mission and believes that effective client service begins with the initial consultation and continues through final case resolution. She is committed to ensuring clear communication, operational integrity, and consistent support for clients throughout every stage of their legal matter.


Outside of her professional responsibilities, JaDia enjoys yoga, travel and lifestyle development. She values family, lifelong learning, and personal wellness.
